Using Artenoa
Artenoa helps you explore art, save collections, and record your visits. Some features require an account. Keep your login details secure and do not use another person’s account. If you are under the age of legal consent, obtain permission from a parent or guardian where required.

Billing and cancellation
Subscriptions renew automatically until you cancel through the store. An annual plan is charged for the full year at once. If offered, a free trial becomes the selected paid subscription unless cancelled before it ends. Installing the app does not start a subscription.
To avoid the next charge, cancel at least 24 hours before renewal or the end of a trial. Deleting the app or your Artenoa account does not cancel your subscription.
Apple handles App Store payments, renewals, and refunds. You can manage your subscription in your device settings. See Support for cancellation and refund instructions. Access continues until the expiry date confirmed by the store; trials, refunds, and payment failures may affect that date.
When Premium ends
Your existing collections and their contents stay. You can continue viewing and editing them. The free plan’s 3-collection limit applies to new collections: if you already have more than 3, you can keep them, but must have fewer than 3 to create another.
This does not prevent deletion when you ask us to delete your account or content.
Art, AI, and shared content
Artwork images and other materials belong to their respective rights holders. Viewing or saving them in Artenoa does not grant permission to republish them. Check the source and licence before reusing any material.
You retain rights to content you create. We use it as needed to store, sync, and display it in Artenoa. If you publish a collection, its content and your display name may be visible to others.
AI answers and art information may contain mistakes or be out of date. Check original sources and museum websites when accuracy matters.
Do not post unlawful or abusive content, infringe others’ rights, access accounts without permission, or bypass payment or usage limits. We may remove content or restrict access when needed to address misuse. Report concerns through Support.
Changes and your rights
We may update or temporarily interrupt the service for maintenance or other operational reasons. We will give reasonable notice of significant changes to these terms, paid benefits, or service availability, except where urgent action is needed. We will obtain consent where required by law.
Nothing in these terms limits consumer rights or responsibilities that cannot be excluded under applicable law. Apps downloaded from the App Store are also subject to Apple’s Standard EULA.
